My feelings well enduring, the daily tasks at school.

The beep test

Our sports coordinator at school said, to be a cop in the UK you had to be a level 6 on the beep test me not knowing what a beep test is assumed that was easy, but I was proven it wasn't. For those of you who do not know what a beep test is, It is a fitness drill, where you have to run 20 meters to the line that the sports coordinator had set out, before the beep.If you make it to the line before the beep when you hear the beep you run back.

My heart was racing I could almost feel every pulse that was pumping in my body. I said to myself I could have kept going but I think that was just the embarrassment kicking in.I was so tired I felt like I was carrying the world was on my shoulders,

Stopping at level 3.6 Isn't that great but I was proud of myself, I did'int make it as a cop in the UK but I made a level that surprised me.

HIGHLIGHT OF THE TERM.

My highlight of this term was working with my class mates and getting to know my friends and new friends. I think that I have really improved in my behaviour. But I do think that I could work on my homework and my self motivation to learn and to have a positive attitude not just to my friends but to every body around me.

I am really looking forward to making my goals happen and to see my report card at the end of the year.

Cars

Traveling is an important part of our world today, we use cars to get to school in the morning. We use planes to get to places far from home, for emergencies or even just for a holiday.

The first car was invented in 1972 by a man called Nichols Cugnot. It was used by the french soldiers to move their cannons from one place to another. Although it was the first car ever made, it could only go 4mph. Due to this it wouldn’t be any use to an everyday person unless they had a lot of time on their hands.

People these days want to get to places that they need to go to, faster so that they won’t be late or just because their anxious. If there was an emergency and say something happened with your family and you needed to go fast, it would be a lot faster to put on your running shoes and run than drive a car that only goes 4 miles per hour maximum speed. What I am trying to say is there was a need for change.

I am writing about my personal goal my goal in reading is to read more and to make make my reading even better. How I think I can improve my reading is to read more and actually understand what I am reading.

My second goal for myself is to improve my grammar and punctuation so that it appeals to the reader. How i think i can make this not just a goal but reality, is to get my head in a got thick good quality book.

TAMAKI road show

Chldani plates are very amazing things they project sound you can control the volume and the pitch with your hands its an instrument with no strings drums our beat. It makes a sqeaky noise a bit like a bird but only with a bird you can’t control the pitch and volume with your bare hands.

Netball with Emma

Netball is all about strategies and how you move around. Looking for the people that are open and being a fast thinker because you can’t hold the ball for more than 3 seconds so you must be.

But the most important things are the rules. Each player is given a bib. On each bib there is an abbreviation for a position. Depending on what bib your given there are different boundaries. There are many rules to netball that you have to follow or there are consequences if you don’t, like stepping with the ball in your hand if you do happen to step with the ball the consequence is to hand the ball to the other team.

Sportsmanship is another important thing. Cheering your friends and giving encouragement even if there are not in your team is essential. Especially if someone misses a shot, drops the ball, or steps with the ball that's when encouragement counts the most. It’s not about being the best. It’s about having fun.

My imaginary friend

My imaginary friends name is the Shizznit. He has two eyes and a metal plate as his body, he floats in mid air a bit like a flying saucer. He can do what ever I ask him to do, no questions asked. Our hobbies are playing Black Ops, I always win. Remember when I said he does what I want him to do? Our most favourite thing to do above all is fight crime.

We were just about to bust the master mind (the criminal above all criminals) they called him the foreign devil. The forieghn devil was in our sight, we were on his trail. Suddenly we heard a strange noise that seemed to be coming from Shizznit’s pocket. Both puzzled we stopped, pulled over and found his cell phone. He answered it, almost crying, he said he has to go home. “Why?” I asked. “My girlfriend said” he replied. Sorry guys, I forgot to mention he has a girlfriend. Well I cant keep that handsome imaginary friend all to my self can I?
Me and Shizznit now go everywhere together.

Triangles.

In my classroom today we dicoverd that the interior angles of a regular triangle add up to 180 degrees.

Geometry Translation ..

The past few minutes Room 20' have been learning about "Geometry and translation. Translation is moving a shape without changing the shape or size.

Tornado

Shocking news to hear there was a TORNADO in Auckland.
Its destruction was devastaing it delivered great pain and frustration to the whole area.

A man was fixing his roof and suddenly he was racing through the air powered by an humongous tornado unfortunately he got smashed into a building and split his head open and died. so the tornado left us clueless and broken no one knows when or were the next one will hit.

My holiday

Outside alone, no key, left in need of a shower, fresh clothes, and something to eat. Who would do that ohh yea-my nanna.
I was furious standing there with nothing but boxes and a t shirt feeling so disgusted I waited outside. as I watched the clock from a small gap in the window drapes. C’mon! c’mon!!!! I repeated angrily in my head. Thinking about a nice cold shower, fresh clean clothes. At one point I was tempted to break the window but that wouldn’t have ended in a happy result I don’t want to go into to much detail about that.

Oh the joy I felt in my heart when I heard the sound of my nanna’s car pulling up on the drive way. I thought to my self could it be I felt like it was Christmas my birthday and Easter all in one. to be in that shower to have clean clothes on was my highlight of my holiday.
